Obtaining Traits: Edit
You unlock new Traits for monsters by fulfilling gold or platinum requests.
Monsters in the shop will occasionally have new traits that are unlocked, but you can also use guild points to order a specific monster with at least one specific trait
Monster Traits and their Effects: Edit
Too Stronk (leveled):
STR raises the breeding power of this monster (1+level)x more than normal.
Greased Lightning (leveled):
DEX reduces energy costs of this monster's actions (1+level)x more than normal.
Iron Will (leveled):
WIL raises the hearts this monster can store (1+level)x more than normal.
FER increases pregnancy chance from repeated breeding (1+level)x more than normal.
CHA raises the XP this monster gets from breeding (1+level)x more than normal.
All Night Long (leveled):
STA increases heart generation (1+level)x more than normal.
Added Value (leveled):
This monster is worth (1+level*10)% more Gil when fulfilling requests.
This monster has both male and female reproductive organs. (only shows on females)
Ugh, god, ew...monsters that breed with this one have a 30% chance of getting sick (They cannot breed again today even if they have more hearts).
This monster's gender is rare for it's species.
This monster's happiness is increased (1+level)x more from having sex.
This monster's offspring inherit 20% higher stats than usual.
This monster's offspring have a 20% chance to ignore the penalties of inbreeding.
Reduce the happiness of breeding partners, but gains twice as much XP.
When breeding, this monster gains the XP it would've given to the other monster instead.
When breeding, this monster grants twice as much XP but only receives half as much.
This monster produces 1 extra consumable per level per heart when harvested.
This monster's offspring have a (1+level*10)% chance to generate a random trait on birth.
This monster is a runt, making it smaller and cuter than usual.
This monster is a Gremlin, meaning it's parents were too closely related.
Too many generations of siblings and parents mating results in Gremlins. Gremlins produce Useless Ink.
